Our checklist is used as a GUIDELINE for cleaning your home. The overall CONDITION of your home determines how much our cleaner will be able to complete. We first focus on areas of your home that require the most attention (example: kitchen and/or bathroom).
For our NEW customers, we start you off with our Introductory Cleaning (Deep Cleaning). This cleaning is time based, however it allows our cleaners to give you more of an extensive Moxie Maids cleaning experience.

If you decide to book a cleaning with us (and we hope you do), we strongly encourage you (or someone you authorize) to be at your home at the end of the cleaning for the final walkthrough. We want to make sure you are happy with our service. Once you tell us you are satisfied with your cleaning, we consider the job complete (all sales are final)! That’s fair right?
